This immersive weekend blends hands-on assisting, anatomy, True North Alignment, and energetic awareness to help you read bodies in motion and deliver clear, intentional assists- with or without touch.

Expect partner work, creative labs, and two full teaching/assisting practice classes with feedback, so what you learn actually lands in your real classes.

• Standing, balancing, twists, backbends, forward folds and Savasana​

• Assist with confidence, communication and care​

• Earn 11.5 YACEP hours with Yoga Alliance
