Why I'm leading this now:

 

In 2024 and 2025, my life underwent a complete remodel — two total knee replacements, the
end of a relationship, and the intentional sale of my yoga studio I had poured my heart into for
25 years.


Yes, all of it was planned, necessary, and in many ways inevitable... but here’s the truth: no one
hands you the playbook for navigating the in-between — the recovery days, the identity shifts,
and the mental and physical hurdles that sneak in, even when you know you’ve made the right
choice.


Healing — whether it’s your body, your heart, or your sense of self — isn’t passive. It’s a daily
decision to keep showing up, to stay curious, to keep the spark alive.


This workshop is about exactly that. I’m sharing the practices, mindset shifts, and movement
tools that helped me not just get through significant life changes, but emerge stronger, lighter, more open, and ready for whatever’s next.
