Over the course of your training, you’ll immerse yourself in asana, alignment, anatomy, breath-work, meditation, yoga philosophy, and teaching methodology.

You’ll gain the tools to sequence classes, cue effectively, and create welcoming spaces for all students. Just as important, you’ll strengthen your personal practice and uncover the teacher within.
